About me

I bridge the gap between strategic intent and execution.

I didn't start in boardrooms. I started as a tester — finding where systems break. Then three years in startups, working shoulder-to-shoulder with developers, where I became an IT manager and coach the honest way: by proximity, not certification.

I ran projects the classical way before I ever questioned it — full governance, formal delivery, all of it. So when I say a process is overhead, it's diagnosis, not ideology. I know exactly what structure is for, and I know the moment it stops earning its keep.

Over 14 years that path led to leading transformations at major European financial institutions — including scaling a delivery organization from 60 to 350+ people across multiple countries. The last two years I've spent embedded in medtech, proving the same discipline holds where the stakes are measured in patient outcomes, not quarterly results.

Today I work across three levels:

  • Leadership — turning strategy into commitments people can execute.
  • Teams — designing the operating system: meetings, roles, feedback loops, that makes delivery predictable.
  • Product Owners — because execution rarely breaks in just one place, and the PO seat is where strategy and delivery collide daily.

I've sat in every chair in the room. That's why I can speak all their languages.
